The intranet is a private network that provides users of a local network with Internet-type services, such as access to web pages, web applications, etc.
All students of the West University of Timisoara have access to the Intranet page, thus having the opportunity to access their services.
The e-UVT platform is integrated in the Computer System of the West University of Timisoara, by automatically synchronizing the accounts on the platform with the school management system, ACADEMIS, together with the automatic generation of e-UVT e-mail addresses, and with automatic inclusion in all institutional mailing lists.
The platform ensures unique authentication with the e-mail account for several Intranet services: email access, communication on mailing lists of students / teachers, access to online platforms for distance learning (ID) and the ALUMNI platform for managing communication with graduates and the environment economical and social.
