The West University of Timișoara does not have access to your passwords, these being encrypted both on the computer systems in.
If you are in the situation where you did not receive by e-mail the credentials of the e-uvt account, in order to find out the user name of the email account and the new password, you have two possibilities:
1. Send a request to support@e-uvt.ro
The message you sent must contain the following information:
Subject: obtaining e-uvt account credentials;
Message content:
(eg) First name: Ion Popescu
Year of birth: 1997
Faculty: Faculty of Economics and Business Administration
Year of study: II
Email address alternativeionpopescu@yahoo.com
2. Present yourself at the IT&C Service, with an identity card, and your credentials will be handed to you
